The most important concept that I have learned is the Alpha Level Analysis. The Alpha Level is very important because it shows what the real problem is versus the perceived problem. It is fairly easy to jump to a solution without any data gathered but finding the “bottom line” or the underlying problem to a system is the real challenge. The Alpha Level makes it a point to ask “why” is this a problem in the system and “how” can I achieve an end result that can be repeated and sustained over time.

      To me this is the most significant concept that I have learned because everything you see might not be what it seems to be.  Like they say not everything that glitters are gold and do not take all things for face value. The Alpha Level provides a means to go deeper into and do some research as to what needs to be done. If you can identify the underlying problem then realizing the correct result becomes easier.
